Sleep in a Caboose at the Caboose Motel: Titusville, PA

After we finished our ride on the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad, we checked in to our caboose at the Caboose Motel. This motel consists of 21 cabooses that provide cozy and affordable overnight accommodations. Each caboose also has a deck patio area complete with Adirondack chairs where you can sit out and relax while you take in a beautiful night in the Oil Creek Valley. The motel is conveniently located adjacent to the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad's Perry Street Station, within a two block walk to the downtown area of Titusville, and within a short drive of the Drake Well Museum, and Oil Creek State Park. The motel is centrally located to all of the attractions in the area.
We were in the Erie Railroad Caboose
The interior of our caboose. They also offer cabooses with two beds, in addition to one that is handicap accessible.
The Perry Street Station of the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad, located just across the way from the motel.
The train parked and ready for the next day's excursion.
The deck, complete with deck chairs and some fresh Pennsylvania strawberries.

They have many old rail lines represented, including the beloved Reading and Pennsylvania Railroads.
Did I mention that the cabooses are incredibly cozy?
Good morning! Here is the C&O caboose!
Within the immediate area there are some really cool old industrial buildings.

We highly recommend staying at the Caboose Motel. The accommodations are cozy, it is centrally located, the hosts are very friendly, and the experience is one-of-a-kind.

We were hosted by the Crawford County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad and we have shared our opinions about this awesome place.
